The company São Cristovão Ltda is headquartered in Divinopolis / MG and was founded on November 21, 1957. São Cristovão began its activities in the urban collective transport of Divinopolis with just one "jardinera" that connecter the only bus line existing line in the city.
Later, with the entry of new partners in the company, the company became even more solid, once the inter-municipal lines of Divinopolis to Sao Joao Del Rei and nova Serrana to Bom Despacho were sustained. With the company strengthened and with great acceptance of the users, new links were created in the urban collective transport in Divinopolis.
With the growth of the country, the company São Cristovão, in 1967, decided to broaden its horizons, implementing more inter-municipal lines and linking Divinopolis and neighboring cities to São Paulo, which greatly favored the population, since that capital had promising businesses, in addition to being a reference in studies and health in the country.
Currently the company São Cristovão operates more than 50 intermunicipal lines and 8 lines between different states. It is equipped with a fleet with latest generation vehicles, with more than 600 qualified and trained employees in the factories and within their own facilities.
